Here's an excerpt from the first book in the series: God Gave Us You (Board Book). (Click on images to see them larger):
From Lisa T. Bergren's 'God Gave Us' series, this beautiful board book will capture the hearts of both young and old alike. With touching illustrations centered around a polar bear family, it makes a delightful book that young ones will want to look at again and again.
'God Gave Us Love' centers around love and the different types of love and relationships we have for each other. It explains the differences between love between parents, siblings, friends, etc. and explains about God's love for us. The suggested age is 0-3, but I think the concept is a bit old for that age group. The pictures will appeal to the younger ones, but the story will be loved and understood by an older child. Even though these are board books, don't hastily pack them away as your child grows older. This is a series you will get a lot of mileage out of!
